Delete Days
Erase the future

If the need should arise to clean out your calendar and start fresh, here's how.
You don't have to erase all appointments. You can choose which groups deserve oblivion.

For Microsoft Office Outlook 2003
Start Outlook 2003, and then click your Calendar folder.

On the View menu, point to Arrange By, click Current View, and then click By Category.

On the View menu, point to Expand/Collapse Groups, and then click Collapse All.

In the Table pane, right-click each category, and then click Delete. This deletes every item that belongs to each category.

After you delete all of the items in all of the categories, the Calendar folder is empty.
