Tuesday, April 29, 2008 – Permalink – Outlook ExpressTroubleshootOutlook Express is not Outlook Lite. It's a separate free program included with Windows. Its claim to fame has been that it could be used to read newsgroups. Most groups are now available in HTML, and Blogs, so that is not as important anymore. Some people prefer Express because it has less baggage than the Outlook that is part of the Office suite.
