Calendar on the Web

Exchange not required

Outlook has made it possible to share your calendar on the Internet as a web page.

  1. Click Calendar.
  2. On the File menu, click Save as Web Page.
  3. Under Duration, set the Start date and End date.
  4. Under Options, set the options you want.
(Show appointment details, use a background graphic)
  5. Under Save as, type the calendar name, and then specify the Web page file name and the path where you want to place the calendar.
  6. Click Save.
