A dialog box will appear asking if you want to turn Journal on: ![]() Resist the temptation. Every Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Access file will be placed on a time line. Every e-mail sent to a Contact will be indexed. This will slow down your machine. It is a massive overkill. If you are involved in a project, you can use Journal to track specific documents.
