In Office 2000, Excel had a Wizard that would create an entry form and store information in a database. To retrieve that function you need to add back the Template Wizard. "The Microsoft Excel 2002 Template Wizard is an add-in program that sets up a database to store data entered from an Excel form. When you load the add-in program, the Template Wizard command is added to the Data menu in Excel."
(When you run the executable, be sure to change the destination to the Office11 folder, if you are using Office 2003, Office 12 for 2007.)

Open Tools AddIns and select browse. Click on desktop file. Windows will ask if you want to add it....duh Voila, easier than their method of searching folders for the templates folder. Hope this helps ed.mcgrathATrogers.com
